It will deploy a mixed, innovative program and generous public spaces offering the landscape of the lake. Another key ambition is to design a project that is exemplary of the ecological, economic and urban transitions that are so necessary in the Mediterranean today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The project was the subject of a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/19-spGqFapgopeX4B2k86FGt-2urzeHra\/view\" style=\"color: #0563c1; text-decoration-line: underline;\">consultation with civil society, the summary of which is available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">An international consultation with transdisciplinary designers will be launched by the Al Buhaira Company in October 2023 to develop this project through a competitive dialogue with the project owner.
