A Franco-Egyptian with a decidedly Mediterranean background, Karim El Arnaouty has been in charge of European projects since 2019 within the Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation Cluster.


Franco-Egyptien au parcours résolument méditerranéen, Karim El Arnaouty est chargé de projets européens depuis 2019 au sein du Pôle Coopération Euro-Méditerranéenne. After working on a variety of topics such as open data (ODEON project), flood risk management (TRIG-Eau project) and air quality in the Aix-Marseille metropolis (DIAMS project), Karim is now exploring issues related to the circular economy, including waste management and reduction. It also contributes to the design of new cooperation tracks and the setting up of new projects.
