Financial manager of the Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation Pole of AViTeM since 2014, Stefano centralizes the financial and administrative management of all European projects managed by the Agency. In close coordination with the project managers, it has set up an audit trail system that ensures, from the moment the grant application is submitted until it is archived, the eligibility of the expenses that the Agency incurs in the framework of projects financed by the structural funds. He is also in charge of exchanges with the Managing Authorities of the European programs and with the financial controllers.

Part of his activity is devoted to the management control of the Cooperation Pole in conjunction with the Administrative and Financial Pole of AViTeM.
