CEFoodCycle : Mapping food chains and identifying the closing possibilities of the food cycle
The MED-InA project proposes to simultaneously activate the 3 levers of public action, civil society involvement and private sector potential, in the same “Zero Waste” movement for reduction, reuse and recycling of waste on a local scale in 3 pilot cities (Spain, Jordan, Tunisia).
CEFoodCycle aims to address the issues of food waste, packaging and reuse by developing a digital service using artificial intelligence to connect actors within and outside the food chain. The project will help them identify potential resource and CO2savings and optimizations, and to strengthen sustainable and circular economic competitiveness in the Alps.
