Following the Nudge my tour and BeST projects, First Mile aims to support the ecological transition of 80 SMEs in France, Italy, Norway and Slovenia, with an approach focused on behavior in the tourism sector. The application of behavioral sciences will facilitate eco-responsible decision-making by travelers and tourism operators.
