CIRCULAR ECONOMY

REPper: strengthen the repair and reuse sectors

Repairing, reusing, re-employing and recycling are fast-growing sectors with proven socio-economic and environmental potential, in a national and European regulatory context that encourages the development of the circular economy.

REPper aims to strengthen the repair and reuse sectors by working in 3 areas:
– Supply, in particular with the creation of a transnational network of repair and reuse channels and support for project and solution developers
– Training, particularly for supervisory trainers/repairers, by working at both regional and European level to develop skills and (re)qualification pathways
– Demand, by encouraging users to become more aware of the issue, to become more acculturated and to apply behavioural approaches to encourage new circular reflexes.
