[EVENT] Marseille Facing the Climate Challenge: How to Reconcile Urban Adaptation and Social Justice?

An event to understand and take action against inequalities exacerbated by global warming.

Marseille is warming twice as fast as the global average (+1.8°C since the 1960s). When it comes to heat, we are not all equal: housing conditions, access to cool spaces, health status, and social situation strongly influence our ability to cope. Heat is not only a revealers but also an amplifier of urban inequalities.
